She has over 500 RYT hours, and is so grateful to have assisted Rachael Sellars in two Smart Flow Teacher Trainings. 〰️ ARIELLE TRUJILLO〰️ A Las Vegas native, Arielle began her yoga journey at 14 years old as a supplement practice to figure skating. Upon finishing competing nationally and internationally for 10 years and giving up her competitive skating status, she turned professional, and at 18 years old left home to go on tour with various ice shows. Between international skating tours in early 2014, she obtained her first 200 hr YTT in "Sampoorna" yoga, a derivative of Hatha. In 2015, she obtained a second 200 hr YTT in Hot Power Vinyasa, and later that year completed an extensive training in Yin yoga from the founder of the Yin Yoga Institute, Paulie Zink. She continues to skate around the world and her passion for yoga, and the lifestyle it lends itself to, has only grown. You’ll find her favorite mantra “Patience, Persistence, and Kindness” interwoven through each class. Even more extensively than anything physical, yoga transformed her once anxious and competitive mindset into one rooted in love and compassion; a mindset she aims to share through her classes. |
